Bright beach condo with great location, balcony, pools, tennis & game room

Unit was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures but was still a great place to stay. Views of the ocean and the bay were fantastic!

Love how you walk out the door and you are on the beach. Sea Watch is one of my favorite places to stay at the beach .

What a fantastic spot! The ocean views are absolutely stunning. The condo is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere. While it could benefit from a thorough dusting and a fresh coat of paint, everything else about the place was just perfect!

Stay at the unit was nice but a couple of issues with the unit. Once checked in, we noticed water damage in a corner of the master bedroom. It looked like mold and rubbed off so I informed on-site management. They sent someone else up to spray and clean the area. Water damage still there but “dirt” was removed. That evening was warmer in the master bedroom and when I checked in the morning I noticed there was no A/C vent in the bedroom - just a return exchange. We had to bring the fan into the room to pull cooler air in. The next night my wife went to take a bath but the push stopper in the hallway bath would not hold water. Informed on-site management the next morning but nobody showed up, so I had to call the phone number to get it fixed. Later that day, it was. The kitchen needed a good wipe down so we did that ourselves. All in all, the unit is nice and as advertised - just needs to have cleaning and maintenance to be more thorough.

Condo was nice and clean. The Vacasa was not friendly or helpful unfortunately. We cam down 3 other couples and rented 2 condos. Had an issue with one condo and the staff gave attitude and expected us to fix the issues ourselves. As for the condo nice but the fact that you have to pay 50.00 for parking is ridiculous.

Clean with all the amenities. Great T.V., balcony view, nice appliances and really everything you need to have a great stay. Lots of extras and nice touches we didn't expect.

This was the first time staying in this unit, but it won’t be the last. Pros: Nice furniture, plenty of seating, good decor, very comfortable beds and new appliances. Very convenient access to elevator. Cons: Need more lighting overall. Especially in the livingroom very dim. Nothing for children at all (I.e., no books, games, no boogie boards in laundry room like most units have). No broom so I bought one and left it there. More family friendly if had actual dining table in unit instead of just on balcony and counter seating. Helpful if there were plastic cups, plates, bowls for children to use instead of very heavy china. Thank you.
