Bright and Fun Beach Themed Condo - On Little Sabine Bay - Sand Dollar W107

This was a beautifully decorated condo and loved it location. View of the bay and it's wildlife....heron, egrets, flying fish, and porpoises.

The host was very welcoming. The communication was great. The condo had a well supplied kitchen making it easy and convenient to prepare meals. The furniture and bed were comfortable. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. The condo was clean. We would have appreciated a grab bar by the tub in the bathroom as the tub is deep and a high step in and out. We enjoyed the patio and courtyard area. Glad to have a covered parking space.

The listing was right to a T and the condo was decorated. Wry nice It felt like home. We had a great time we will be back.

This condo was very beachy. It could use some deep cleaning, and the mattress hurt my back. The dryer vent outside was completely clogged and we had to clean it before we could get a load of towels dry. I addressed this with the property manager upon check out and they had someone come out to clean the entire vent line. The view on the porch was wonderful! Overall, the stay was very good. We had some family members come over for a few hours and they thought the condo was very nice. Sam with Surfside Properties was wonderful to work with.

This property was a great place to stay. The decor was perfect and the place had everything besides the food you need for the week. I would highly recommend staying here. The walk to the beach was very close and easy.

We’ve been staying in this condo for 4 years now, and we’ve made great memories! We are now out growing it, so will be finding a new place next year :( , we appreciate it so much and have loved our little spot!! Thank you for the memories over the years!!

I’m not happy with the bed because the mattress was too old and the worst thing is the bed sheets had a lot of sand on it

Property wasnt ready upon arrival and I had to finish the sheets and blankets that were in the washer and dryer. We didnt have to wait too long to check in though. The property is cute and cozy with a nice patio to watch the water. Very cutely decorated. Perfect for 2 people and close to all the entertainment.

Location was perfect for the beach and a short ride or walk to local restaurants. Condo was quiet and clean.

The condo provided everything we needed for a quiet trip to Pensacola Beach. It was close to restaurants and beach access and was even more convenient with the help of the Gopher Carts.

Amazing find! Perfect for a single person, a couple or a small girls trip! Will most definitely be booking for future trips to the area!!
