Bright and cheery home close to Coachella with pool & tennis on-site

The home is lovely - great location to the pool, beautiful view and comfortable furniture! Although the kitchen was well stocked, the pans for cooking were a bit rusty and it lacked in some utensils. There were also price tags on some of the decor and pillows, which seemed strange like it was staged instead of a home to use. There was an intercom system of sorts set up in the home (maybe through RING or Alexa or something), but it started protecting conversations from outside the home - some family we didn't know. We unplugged them all and it stopped, but the owners might want to be mindful of what is being shared while they aren't there. Lastly, the check-in process was less than desirable as I missed the phone call to do a virtual check in the day before and so had to stop by the office for a literal 2 min appt so they could take a copy of my license. It took a lot of convincing to make this happen when we were close by vs having to wait until the check in time hours later after we were 30min away. We have rented a lot of places over the years and have never had to do this (and likely won't rent from.Vacasa again) - seems this is something you could request with the rental agreement instead of adding to the check in process. I mean we've already paid in full at this point so don't know what is the concern with giving the information to gain access to the property. Just little things that take away from the wonderful experience of being in this beautiful place

Owner was great. Really cares about your visit. Vacasa not great. Didn't leave our name at check-in gate . After owner let us, Vacasa still didn't add our name. Vacasa didn't provide any instructions at the home.

The house is really nice and cozy, with beautiful views!

The house was cute, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! The property is very nice and the pool was next door to the property. We enjoyed the patio and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Everything was good except for The AC issue.

Construction on 2 sides of unit, plastic dishes, poor TV reception, noisy night critters in bedroom attic, very noisy fridge compressor and badly stained carpet. Unit was obviously staged for photo ops (price tags left on fake plants, pillows and other accessories). We would not want to rent this unit again!
