    Units were nice! Not luxury, and not run down. Beach was incredible, no crowds and lots of shells. Just note that the buildings are duplexes so odds are there will be people on the other side of your wall. Also, hurricane damage has made it so there is only once beach walkway.

    We stayed at Signal Inn for a week, and it was the best week we've experienced. It's total paradise, walking distance to a private beach, and just a couple miles from public beaches. The staff was very responsive and friendly and would not hesitate to return. If you haven't been to Sanibel Island, you should consider, no stop lights, no franchise's, no traffic, and everyone is very friendly.

    My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a living area with a kitchen, one bedroom and a lovely screened in porch facing east. Sunsets were lovely. It was small but adequate for 2 people especially since we spent most of our time at the beach which is a 3 minute walk from the unit. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.
