Stayed Sep 6, 2023The owners were on top of communicating. I was able to text her and get a response right away. Marco Island South beach literally is across the street. Easy access. Owners had everything on site for the beach. We will DIFFERENTLY be staying there again. I promise you cant go wrong with this site. If you never been to Marco Island. This is a great condo to start with.

Stayed Jun 13, 2021This is an exceptionally well maintained and equipped end unit that is so quiet, comfortable and has everything you need. Very safe and sound, quiet area. Great showers with Tons of hot water! (we washed a lot of laundry and our teenagers take extremely long hot showers). Towels and sheets were all soft and cozy. The pool area is very nice with showers, tables, chairs, umbrellas and has 6 foot depths and shallow ends. In the storage unit that goes with it is EVERYTHING you can want for the beach. Umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, fishing gear, noodles. The condo has lots of space and everything is in new condition. The screened in balcony is great. Plenty of seating and nice view of ocean just across the street. It’s also only about 1 block away from really nice public beach access. It was such a great accommodation. The owners also reached out a couple times to make sure all was ok. They definitely take a lot of care to make their guests’ stay worry free!

Stayed May 1, 2025Beautiful, spacious condo with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice walk-in shower and a nice balcony with a table and chairs and a great view. Appreciated having the beach wagon, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs all provided. Conveniently located across the street from the beach- just a short walk away from the public south marco beach.Tina was very responsive to any questions I had. Would highly recommend and hope to return ourselves. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our two young sons (7 and 4yo). The beach closet is stocked with everything you need, and the walk to the beach is super quick and easy to navigate! It was a quick drive to multiple nearby restaurants as well. Love the corner unit with great view of the Gulf and the pool. We will be back!

Stayed Mar 8, 2025We had an amazing week staying at Marco Island. We rent often but Tina's accommodations were beyond any expectations. Her place is very clean and cozy. We ejoyed screened porch, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas, pickle ball and tennis rackets. She provided us with everything from unlimited personal items to wine, 2 bottles! This property is definitely a winner and we will definitely be back! Thank you Tina!

It was close to our friend's home in Marco, close walk to the beach, and close walk to stores and restaurants. The condo was well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner was very easy to work with. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!
