    First off the view is spectacular even on a cloudy windy day of which we had a few. The kitchen and central living area was very comfortable for the 5 of us including 1 child. The main drawbacks I have and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are the main bedroom where my wife and I stayed. It looks like the bedside table that was next to the left side of the king bed was moved to the corner of the room to accommodate a larger TV which we actually only turned on once and it's only hooked up to a very basic cable box. It was replaced with a tiny round table with no lamp or drawer. I moved a lamp from the living room to the little table so I could see as the left side bed area got very dark at night. Also the shower in the main bathroom is small and needs to be replaced or updated. The pool, proximity to the beach and covered parking are real pluses.

    Overall the villa was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware. There are two separate balconies that look directly at the pool and ocean. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo. We left two chairs for others also to use. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. We would highly recommend this unit.
