We didn’t have any major issues during our stay, but unfortunately, it fell short of five stars. The photos make the apartment appear very modern, new, and high-end, but in reality, the furnishings and finishes are more basic and worn. The furniture was not especially comfortable, fixtures felt dated, and some cabinetry showed noticeable wear, including chipped paint and separated seams. One thing future guests should know is that the “AC” is actually a portable unit, which struggled to cool the apartment effectively.On the positive side, the location is excellent—just a short walk to Pike Place Market and other downtown attractions.

Walking distance to great restaurants, Pike Place, even sporting events (a bit further). Comfortable building with good amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

My Dad and I booked this place for our trip to Seattle. You cannot beat the location, super convenient to get around the city. I loved the security of the property and the communication with the hosts. The views from within the unit were also amazing! Would definitely recommend the property.

The property is in a nice building in the middle of the city. Which has ups and downs, its very secure, everything is accessed with key fobs. They even fine you if you dont watch the doors close. Even being on the 7th floor, you get a LOT of noise from the streets. The unit itself is nice enough, but, felt thrown together. Theres walls with paint chips, the cupboards are peeling, visible nails and nailholes on the stairs, the cupboard liners in the kitchen are hanging out of them, the fan in the upstairs bathroom made an awful racket, and since its connected to the light, there's no choice but to have it on. The parking garage is secure, has plenty of spaces but they're tiny. Theres plenty of things within walking distance which is great, Belmont Pizza next door became our favorite spot. The observation deck on the 7th floor is a really lovely view and hardly crowded. The pool and hot tub are on the 3rd floor, and the hot tub was closed the day we tried going to it due to human waste contamination. I'd consider staying here again if the prices came down. I was definitely disappointed overall based on what I paid, so unless i see some sort of a price cut i wont be staying here again.

Safe building with views of the harbor. Walkable to pier, Market, downtown, Space Needle and more. Had a blast!

We loved our stay at the Belltown apartment! It was in a great location, within easy walking distance of major attractions like Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Seattle Art Museum. There were great restaurants nearby, too. The apartment itself was clean and well-appointed with kitchen utensils and dishes, and lots of fluffy bath towels! The communication with the host was easy and helpful throughout our booking, arrival, and departure. Highly recommend!

The condo was great and very walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit. However it is extremely loud at night. There's a dance club right across the street. You can hear the thumping of music until 2a.m. and then you can hear all the people when they get out. Also 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, there were cops and firefighters on the street below us with lights and sirens. Like I said, it's very loud.

Great amenities, awesome location and owners were very friendly, available and made our first VRBO experience comfortable and enjoyable.
