Bridgewater 201 Oceanfront - is a wonderful condo in Litchfield By The Sea with unobstructed views of Litchfield Beach. The oceanfront balcony has a view of the beach, ocean, and pool. It is nicely furnished, and updated with plank tile floors in living areas and bedrooms. The living area has a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. Stayed Sep 2, 2023This was our first time staying at Bridgewater, and the views from this unit are incredible. While this unit was nice enough, I don't think we'd do Bridgewater again. The primary reasons are the size of the units, but mainly, it's that the air conditioning units are room wall units (like in some older hotel rooms) and they were LOUD. They cooled well enough, but the constant roar of the units, and the loudness of the compressor kicking on/off, was very annoying and woke us up constantly. That said the unit is well furnished, Bed in master was very comfy. he cleanliness was not impressive. There was what appeared to be dog hair all over the (rather dirty) rug in the living area, and the tiled floors had hair and dust on them. The placemats on the dining table were ratty, worn, and had dried food on at least one of them. Because this unit is basically a souped-up hotel suite, it was cramped. Fine for 2 of us, but I am so relieved that our extra guests didn't join us for the weekend as originally planned. Honestly, this space MIGHT be do-able for 2 adults and 2 small children, but otherwise, it would get tight, and storage space is non existent. Speaking of storage, there was so much stuff stored in the closets (porta crib, vacuum, beach toys, etc) that we weren't able to put anything (shoes, suitcases) on the closet floors. Again, since there were only 2 of us, we used the 2nd BR as our storage.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022The condo layout is perfect for a family and allows space for extended family if needed. It is oceanfront and has wonderful ocean views from most rooms which was really special. Pool, lazy river and beach all in your front yard! Check out Surf the Earth surf camp for kids-it was our son’s favorite part of vacation! First visit to Pawley’s and loved it!

Stayed Feb 13, 2022Beautiful combo and view. Beds were VERY comfortable, thank you very much. Sheets could have been better quality and fit better. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything worked and was clean. Thanks for an easy place to chill.
