Bridges of the Brazos- Downtown Loft

This is a fantastic place! The location is perfect very walkable to a great restaurant and shopping places as well as being really close to Baylor. Property was in perfect condition - uber cool and modern. They had it stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of K cup coffee and responded immediately to any questions. We will be staying here again when we visit our daughter at Baylor and I would highly recommend this place.

We were so comfortable during our stay in Waco! The condo was perfect for the two of us and our three adult kids. Our youngest daughter rides in a wheelchair, which can be tricky sometimes, when you haven’t been to a place, but there was a ramp into the building in the back and an elevator. The day bed in the main area was perfect for her. Well appointed kitchen. Large dining room table. Nice couch and arm chairs. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Wonderful view of the city. Super comfortable beds. Large bathrooms and three of them. Very responsive and kind service from Sarah, our host. Will love to come back!

Perfect spot for a weekend with family. The loft is great. Very comfortable with easy access to anything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!!!!

Amazing property! Very modern, clean, and exactly like advertised. The location was perfect for our girls trip hanging out in the downtown area. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect place and location for easy access to all of our daughter’s wedding activities. The condo amenities made our stay so comfortable and matched all of the listing descriptions and pictures. As you might imagine on a busy wedding weekend, our favorite times were morning coffee looking out over the morning view. We plan to return again to enjoy more of the downtown and visit our new couple.

Comfortable and lovely condo on the top floor of the building. Very convenient walking distance to restaurants and downtown Waco attractions. Would definitely book again for future stays.

Bridges on the Brazos was a great location for walking the downtown area, very close to the Silos of Magnolia. The decor was perfect for the soaring ceilings. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The mattress of the bed we slept in was very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice, which made up for the low water pressure (obviously out of the owner’s control). Having the designated parking space was a real plus and we felt safe leaving items in the car, without worrying about someone breaking into our car. I would stay here again with no qualms.

Our stay at your loft was absolute perfection. From the layout to the location everything was great…not a negative thing to say. Beds were so comfortable (better than home)!! Furnishings were gorgeous and made for a fun family girls trip…my mom’s first to Waco. In her words she felt like she was “spoiled “ with the stay at your loft! Thanks again for everything including the great communication!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed here to attend our son’s graduation from Baylor. The loft was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. They pay attention to all the details. The owners are super communicative and directions are very clear and helpful. It is in a prime location; close to campus, the Silos, the farmer’s market, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when in Waco!

The condo was even better than we expected! The location to restaurants and Magnolia area was very convenient. The communication with the property manager was easy and response was quick. The interior design and large windows parking spot made coming and going to the condo very simple.

Really enjoyed our stay!! Loved looking out the windows and seeing landmarks of Waco.There was a hiccup with the elevator on checkout morning, would not go up to 6th floor.

Great property in perfect location. Everything was just as advertised—no surprises. Check-in was easy. Parking was easy. Elevator was great and appreciated. Beautiful view of McLane Stadium. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Having Fabled Bookshop downstairs was a great bonus!

This loft is absolutely amazing. It looks exactly like the photos! Location is great - an easy walk to Magnolia Market and all the rest of downtown Waco. The building is beautiful and the unit was immaculately clean and had every detail covered. We felt so comfortable! I highly recommend!
