Stayed Dec 11, 2022Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is obviously in a great location; however, my recommendation is that it needs a real overall. It lacked many basic items (soap, Detergent, paper towels, trash bags) and it shows rather cluttered and a bit dirty. Several of the lights were burned out and we had to buy light bulbs. There is also an overabundance of very old Knick knacks that clutter the rooms - better off to just remove all of them. The property management company did a really good job and were responsive. The Garbage disposal didn't work upon entry and therefore the dishwasher had standing water in it when I arrived, but they were responsive to fix that. The property simply needs a makeover and a deep cleaning - having 4 different kinds of cup, glasses, dishes, forks and knives makes it look like it was stocked by Goodwill. I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2022We were very happy with the rental, excellent location! I cleaned the rental before we unpacked because that’s what I do, and cleaned thoroughly before we left so I was a little upset that we had been accused of smoking in the unit… there was no way that I would have allowed that seeing that even though I am a smoker, I don’t allow smoking in my own home.. so needless to say I was offended and a little upset that the accusation was made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a great location with fabulous views. In general the condo was neat and clean, but the floors were filthy. It has a great washer and dryer and is quite large for a two bedroom. Only steps from the beach and very well-equipped.
