Access & Entry

Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access ( Please note that it only works with US numbers). Need more flexibility You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).



Important Notes:

Washcloths are not provided.

Please keep noise to a minimum. No parties or loud gatherings — violations may result in fines issued by building management (passed to the responsible guest).

Main guest info is required in advance. This person must check in at the front desk with ID.

Please note that the A/C may make a brief vibration sound. This is part of its normal operation.



If the registered guest cannot check in, a $53 fee will be charged at the front desk to update the reservation.

Please take note you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs.
