Stayed Apr 30, 2024The ad/pictures for this house are not a realistic depiction of the property. There is a lot of editing to the photos or they are old. This house is used. It is located on the 37th floor and the building is like grand central station. The elevator takes forever to get up and down. The parking space is located on the 11th floor but there are 2 levels per number so it is 22 levels in the air. It takes more than 10 minutes to get up and down. The house was filthy. The A/C is loud and inconsistent - front of house cold - bedrooms warm. Stained pillows and furniture - looks like bodily fluids and blood. Rugs in living rooms highly stained. Drains full of hair. Front door not secure. Sketchy patrons in the building. Police were present in the elevators 2 of the 4 days. Contacted the owner and everything was done via text. Had to call VRBO to get a clear answer at which point owner talked to me directly. Plumber was sent and cleaning team day 2 and 3. I asked for a refund. I feel bad for owners as it appears they are out of state and unaware of the condition of the house
