Stayed Dec 21, 2021It was easy to walk to the giant step lift from our condo and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026This place is filthy! Light bulbs burned out, cobwebs, dirty and smelly refrigerator and freezer, gritty area rugs, throw blankets with hair on them, garbage under the counters and dressers. It was the worst I've ever experience and the first I've ever had to call VRBO customer support. I've been a VRBO user for over 10 years.

Stayed Mar 14, 2023The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom.

Stayed Jan 12, 2023They didn't bother to fix this and it was very inconvenient to work via weak hot spot and even going to the lodge to get wifi.

Stayed Jan 2, 2021Arrived at 4 PM (check in) to discover the condo had not been cleaned. A young lady eventually arrived, ( her first day on the job) and cleaned the unit in 60 minutes. We proceeded to sanitize the the unit as best we could. Fireplace was not cleaned and I did so. Several light bulbs in the unit were out. The sofa and living room chair are very old and not comfortable. Refrigerator was dirty and had food left in it. We only used the bed in the master and it was fine. Short walk to the lifts and this was fine. Would probably come back to Brian Head but reserve a different unit.
