Stayed Jan 29, 2026Upon arrival the condo was extremely cold. Windows open upstairs. We froze. Next day bought firewood and after the place warmed up it was comfortable if you kept the fire going. Nothing fancy. Bare bones. Needed heavier blankets. As others have mentioned they really need to replace the coach and wash the windows and bathroom mats.

Stayed Jan 10, 2026Check in was great, condo was so warm. The only issues were the couch has a dip in the center and the loft bed is worn on one side and you fall out. We had a very nice time and appreciated the stay to cost value. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We loved our Brian Head condo stay. So close and convenient to Giant Steps chair lift. Condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen basics, towels, decorated well, comfortable furnishings and accommodations. Enjoyed the wood burning stove which created a warm, cozy and inviting atmosphere on cold, snowy nights. This was the perfect little place for our spring break ski week. Would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and check out process. 5 stars!

Stayed Feb 11, 2025Great place for families. We had 2 adults and 4 children 10 and under and the size was perfect. It would be tight with more adults. Fireplace and heated the condo well. Place was clean and kitchen was well stocked...we cooked each night.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025Property was perfect for a ski trip. Located right across the highway from Giant Steps. Condo was clean and well appointed kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Only quibble if I had to find one is the couch is not very comfortable. Check-in was easy.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First of all, the property manager Amanda was very kind and helpful. Great place to stay a few days or a week (especially having the loft with beds for 3 and a 1/2 bath) but for long-term monthly stays there’s just not enough storage space in the kitchen for food. Abundance of sheets, blankets and pillows (all 100% clean). Adequate bath towels BUT BRING YOUR OWN WASHCLOTHS AND DISHCLOTHS, as they are not provided. Also there is a hair dryer but with very low power. The only other ‘down side’ — especially for a long-term stay — is the HOA rule that only allows one parking space per unit. Parking would be a problem if anticipating guests, even if just for dinner. Additional tip: recommend using the key pad to enter rather than trying to open the lock box, as it’s tricky.
