The Space:

This one-bedroom condo in the Waikiki Banyan puts you at the center of Oahu's most walkable neighborhood - close to everything, yet easy to retreat from. Step onto the private balcony, feel the trade winds, and settle into a pace that's entirely your own.



Living space

The open layout connects the living area and kitchen in a way that makes the space feel natural and uncluttered. Mountain and canal views carry through from the living area, bedroom, and balcony, shifting beautifully as the light changes throughout the day. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep things comfortable, and fast wifi (206 Mbps, verified by speed test) handles streaming, video calls, and working remotely without a hitch. An HDTV with cable, room-darkening shades, and a private entrance with keypad self check-in round out the everyday conveniences.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and features two full-size beds, a closet, and a dresser - well set up for longer stays. The living room offers a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa, bringing total capacity to four guests. Fresh cotton bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home when you want to. You'll find a Whirlpool refrigerator, Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an array of cooking essentials - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes, chopsticks, wine glasses, a blender, rice maker, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and baking sheet. A dining table and countertop seating offer comfortable options for casual meals in.



Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hot water, and a full set of bath essentials including Essentiel Elements shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels, bed linens, and an iron are provided, and paid washers and dryers are available on each floor of the building.



Outdoor & building

The private balcony comes furnished with outdoor furniture, extending your living space into the open air. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included for days at the shore, along with sun loungers. The building features shared amenities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, electric BBQ grill, and an outdoor playground. Free parking in the on-site garage (one space), an EV charger (Level 2, 220V), elevator access, and on-site housekeeping (available at extra cost, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM daily) are also available.
