Stayed Jun 14, 2025When we arrived there was NO ONE to show up where to go, how and where to pay the 40 dollars for our parking pass (which was ridiculous after paying over 2800.00). There was sand all over the floor of our condo and when opening the sofa bed there was cookies under it and crumbs galore. The entire condo also had a sewage smell to it (not sure what it was from).

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Wasn’t the cleanest upon arriving, cookies were left under the couch, sand residue still left on floors and couch, property appears a lotLarger in the photos than what it really is. Pool was nice and check in was easy although it wasn’t convenient to check in at 4:00 PM and have to drive somewhere else to pick up keys.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025This was our second stay in this unit. The unit is very nicely remodeled. The new couch was a welcome sight. The employees of the Pyramid do a fantastic job of keeping the complex safe and clean. We hope to book this unit again for 2026.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024Property was amazing. No carpet A+. Could not get a better ocean view. Whole place was remodeled. Furniture very comfortable and very very easy using anything there. Plenty of notes around the house explaining stuff.. very nice

Stayed Jun 28, 2024We have a place bay side but wanted to stay ocean side for a trip without our boys. We have done this for the last few years and this was by far our favorite place. Location was amazing and the condo was nicely updated.We will definitely rent this location again next summer. I highly recommend Pyramid 3L!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Condo was set up very nice for the three of us. Bathrooms and kitchen nicely redone. Condo could use a new couch but everything else was in good condition. The people that run the Pyramid do a fantastic job keeping the facilities sparkling. The pool was very clean every day. This was our second stay at the Pyramid and we will do it again next year.
