This condo was in a wonderful location and was very clean. Unfortunately the A/C was not working and though the Vacasa team did send us info to troubleshoot and came out once to re-set the unit did not work properly during our stay and we slept with the windows open each night attempting to stay cool. I am certain it will be repaired for the next vacationers to the property. Also, bring every item you might need to cook a meal. No salt or pepper, no filters for the coffee maker. Just be aware. We would rent again, as the unit was nice overall.

Location was great! I feel like I was charged extra booking thru VRBO because immediately after booking, I received an email from Vacasa Rental with one price which was lower than price charged under VRBO. Any issues I had, it was Vacasa that came to take care of issue, not owner of property or VRBO. Pool had stains at bottom not happy about. Steps need repaired. Safety issue!!

Wonderful location… within walking distance to so many places. The pool was clean and perfect temperature! Rooms were clean and had everything necessary.The only thing I would suggest is the bedroom screen needs fixing!

We were close to the Beach House and the Beach.

I loved how close the beach was! Everything we needed was here and we absolutely loved this place. From the room to the pool everything was great. We definitely vacation here again

We loved how close you are to many shops and local restaurants and the beach is a short walk as well.

Whenever I go on Vacation in the USA, I like to go to the Ana Maria Island, Bradenton area, Cortez, and I've been to several different places, but the truth is, this new place I found-this Condo is really good. The price is quite affordable. The apartment looks great, has everything, the pool is fantastic. It's centrally located, next to everyting, and one block from the beach.

I loved:The comfort. Bed & pillows were great.The communication. Texts were answered immediately. I was able to extend my stay by 2 days with ease & no hassle. The pool & deck area. Lots of chairs and tables. The location. 1 block from Bridge Street & the pier. 2 blocks from a trolley stop. 2 blocks from the beach. The quiet. Condo was on a quiet street. The noise from the pool could be heard inside the condo, but most guests were respectful. If i was sitting on the screened in porch, I could faintly hear music from the bars on bridge street. What could be better:The security. Gates from the parking spots to the stairs to the units were all open. There did not appear to be cameras anywhere. As a female traveling alone, this made me nervous. Upkeep. The stairs were cement and have seen better days. The dryer vent is damaged and fell off when running the dryer. Overall. I'd stay here again. Perfect size for a solo trip or a couple. It's a good location with regards to bars, restaurants, and the beach.

This was our first time but it won't be our last. Great location that was in walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and very inviting. Loved this trip and we will be back!

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and dinner/ downtown area. The bed in the unit was the worst though. Not sure if we would stay in this same unit again due to that.

We had a wonderful time. Property was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect. Could easily walk to beach and Bridge St. which was a fun spot. I would address 2 things that would have made it even better. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom. Also the screened porch was very unappealing. It would have been lovely to have a table and chairs to sit at if we wanted to eat out there.

In the best location and amenities.

We were looking for something in a beach town while in town for lacrosse. This fit the bill. It was quiet, clean, and close to fun! We will be back.

Great place to stay

The condo is very up to date, clean, and comfortable. Location is great. Pool we used just few times and really enjoyed it. The storage has some chairs for the beach, just umbrella is broken and one bike tires are flat. Otherwise me and my daughter had a great stay, cooked one dinner there. We found everything we needed!. Also it is quiet at night time. Location is great, few steps from the beach and nice restaurant on the beach. I would highly recommend this rental, and I actually already did!. It was great stay before college drop off! I reached out the management since we arrived late. I received immediately response and we had no issues to get it. Thank you!

The apartment is the perfect size and in the perfect location. Many restaurants, the beach and other things to do within walking distance. The apartment has all necessary amenities and it was comfortable and clean for my husband and I.
