You'll find this garden-level condo at Waikoloa Colony Villas, a beautiful community that sits one mile inland from Anaehoʻomalu Beach. If golf is on the agenda, you'll be half a mile west of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and one mile south of the Mauna Lani Golf Course and the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Courses. Queens' MarketPlace and Kings' Shops are both just a quarter-mile away, and you can even swim with the dolphins at the Hilton Waikoloa one mile away.
THINGS TO KNOW
Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted.
The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our family of five enjoyed the spacious condo on our first trip to HI. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals (although very limited pantry staples), 2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The hot tub and pool were right across the street and not busy when we visited. Quiet area and pretty close to many amenities, including beach five minutes by car. Carpet and baseboards could use an update but other than that it was great for our family. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, boogie board and snorkel gear. We didn’t use tennis rackets. One recommendation would be to add a beach umbrella to the amenities. If we visit again, we’ll stay here.

Tired and overtly stained carpet was throughout the unit. Obvious mold/mildew in the primary shower was present as well. I was terrified to let our son crawl or older children walk barefoot on the floor. Sheets were visibly stained as well. The community is nice, but this unit needs several changes before it should be considered appropriate to host again.
We have stayed at multiple condos at this complex and enjoyed our stay. It is a great location. This particular property didn't offer beach gear like some others, but the managers were very communicative and accommodating.
My family of 3 and my parents stayed at this property for our week vacation. We loved the location and the shops close by. Very walk friendly with paths everywhere. The pool is close to the property which my son appreciated. The location on the island is also great since you can get to a variety of beaches to snorkel in 10-20min. The property was big enough for all of us to be together or get space if we needed. The only very minor thing we noticed was the carpet on the stairs looking a little dirty. Great place to stay, wonderful condo complex and would absolutely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay! I would not mind if you were to stay in touch occasionally for next year or the year after perhaps. All good. Mahalo, Tom And Karyn Wood We would stay here at WCVs again.
Amazing property (clean, secure, fully functional) in well maintained community. The property is good size for a family of 5. The townhouse is fully stocked with towels, blankets, tennis rackets, 3 surfboards, 2 scooters. There are plenty of dishes and utensils. The mattresses have the top quality. Jacuzzi, tennis court, gas BBQ, and pool in the gated community. 20 min walk to a wave protected beach. 15 min walk to a food store. 15 min walk to Hilton resort ($6 parking/per hour) to relax and swim with dolphins. High quality Internet access allows to work from the property. AC is fully functional.
Overall had a wonderful experience as plenty of space for two adults and two teens to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen overall (pans could be better and most had no lids) but was great to be able to cook some meals! Beds were very comfortable. The pool was also super close and convenient to come home to after long hot days exploring. The carpets going up the stairs and into the hallway desperately need to be cleaned or replaced but otherwise in good shape. Loved the location which was close to local beaches as well as the King’s and Queens shopping center for necessities and meals.
Spacious, close to great beaches, nice pool steps away, plenty of beach items to use. Great place to stay!
We’ve stayed at the Colony Villas many times and the area is fantastic. This particular unit wasn’t the cleanest we’ve stayed at. The carpets were quite filthy which we brought to the attention of the property manager so hopefully they will replace or get a thorough cleaning.
