I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: South Seas Tower 2 Unit 1001: great rental on Marco Island for several reasons:Private gate tower with attendant to enter the property. Great covered parking garage. Unit looks just like the pictures. Fantastic views of Tigertail Beach including the sunset every evening. Building, Beach, & Pool are very relaxing and quiet. Not crowded and often have it all to yourself; just got new pool furniture Nov 2024. Owners in the building are very nice. Gym & Lobby are fully renovated more than what the pictures show on the website. Gym is really nice/great equipment; impressed. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We stayed for 3 months during home construction and even had our mail forwarded here and packages in a beautiful secure mailroom. The Property mMnagement was great. Fantastic Rental!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the last 13 years, we have booked with MIVP several times, including this particular unit. For this past month, we knew the building would be undergoing major renovations and updating but any inconvenience was minor. November is my favourite month on Marco Island but we will be back again in the new year too. It has always been a treat to deal with the various family members that make up the MIVP team.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented the condo the whole month of July. As we’ve rented from SS for 15 years we expected to have a beautiful view and were extremely disappointed. Our condo was on the back side looking over the parking lot that was adjacent to a construction site. Between that was storm water that wouldn’t drain. Yuk You had to overlook all of that to see the beach in the distance. The kitchen was ill equipped for a months stay. I can say it was clean and basically decorated but with little to recommend. We usually rented from a private owner and always pool side. This made us feel like red headed step children of the condo building. Never again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at South Seas for 15 years. Most of those years we rented thru the owner. They sold last year unfortunately this year we rented thru this agency and didn’t realize that we were getting the back parking lot, construction site view of the beach. The condo was ill equipped for a months stay. The kitchen was the worst thank goodness I brought things from home. The condo was clean and met basic needs. Decorated in seascapes. Adequate
