    Kelly was very accommodating and helpful both before and during our stay. The location good not be better. Steps to restaurants, bars and shopping and a very short easy walk to the slopes. 4 king size bedrooms is hard to find and our group voted this the best.

    The host was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive to messages. The house was perfect, and spacious for our party of 8 adults. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean including the linens, kitchen and bathrooms. We were also impressed by the sound proofing between the bedrooms. With low volume tv on, we could not hear anything from the room next to ours. The location was right in the heart of main street which allowed us to walk for rentals, shopping and dining. The gondola to Peak 8 was also within walking distance, which is what we did every morning. I even walked to the gondola in ski boots the first day. Although we weren't as close to Peak 9 as I thought we would be, it was definitely still within walking distance. (We walked from Peak 9 to the house and back during lunch one day.) We had a lovely time and very much enjoyed our stay!

    Property was fantastic for our large family ski vacation. The apartment has a huge mud room to accommodate all of our ski gear and snow boots to keep our feet dry in the apartment. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the corner, hop the trolley to get to the gondola and then walk off to ski at Peak 7 or 8. The walk was fine even in ski boots. Kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to cook. Only cons would be that we were a little warm in the apartment and if you like a firm pillow, you should bring your own. We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!

    We traveled for our first time to Breckenridge and weren't sure what to expect. We stayed at the Loft on Main St. We were 3 adult couples in our early 50's and the Loft was outstanding. We could have brought a 4th couple. There was a 4th bedroom with a king size bed. There was plenty of room for everyone and the room sizes were all about the same. The 4th bedroom not used did have a shared bathroom to the living room area. The kitchen came with all the necessary amenities including trach bags, dish soap and most commonly used items that aren't found in most rental properties. We only needed to buy groceries. Towels were also plentiful and there were special black ones for the girls and their makeup removal, which was a smart idea. Talk about being close to everything, this is an understatement. The Loft is walking distance to just about everything you need or want to do. We didn't walk to the gondola but it isn't too far away. We drove to Peak 8 which is also a close drive. There is a large mudroom area when coming in the back way the has plenty of room for ski bags, boots and ski jackets for a large crowd. There is a washer and dryer in the same area which is convenient for drying wet cloths for the next day or doing laundry. Parking is on the back side of the building and off street. Parking for one is good two would be tight depending on the amount of snow but can be done. Extremely clean and up to date. Looking forward to coming back again next year

    This was the 2nd time our group stayed at this property. We love the proximity to Main Street and still close enough to walk home from the 4 o'clock run. The 4 bedrooms all with King Beds and 4 bathrooms is a plus.

    We stayed 4 nights at the loft. It is perfectly located in the middle of downtown Breckenridge. It made it super convenient to walk to get ski gear, shops, and restaurants. The loft itself worked out perfect for our family as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We definitely recommend this location and would stay here again. Thank you!

    This location is amazing, and the house is perfect. Exactly as advertised. We played in the mountains all day, walked to dinner and relaxed on the street facing balcony in the evening. Perfect vacation for our family
