Paradise at Lift 103 is a spacious and cozy condo located within The Lift Condominiums within walking distance to ski lift, Maggie Pond and historic downtown Breckenridge where you will restaurants and shops galore! Take the free shuttle back to The Lift Condominiums.

The owner invites you to enjoy staying in this wonderful home away from home while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

This spacious 2 bedroom / 3 full bathroom condominium is 1,155 square feet and sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a double size bed. There are 2 queen size pull-out sofa sleepers in the living room. The private balcony can be accessed from the living area and both bedrooms. There is an abundance of natural lighting that brightens up the condo while you stay. The well-appointed full kitchen is perfect for dining in and home-cooked meals. The large dining table seats six. The cozy living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and 2 queen size sofa sleepers.

Guests have full access to the Columbine Pool with heated pool and hot tubs. There is free covered parking with driveway for parking up to 2 vehicles. In addition, there is a community coin laundry facility onsite.

Things you should know:

1 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by The Lift HOA. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

2 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by The Lift HOA.

3 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.

4 - As with many properties in Breckenridge, there is no A/C provided in the condo unit

5 - Stairs are required to access the condo unit

    Place was big and roomy and had all the kitchen pans and utensils you could want! Fireplace was cozy and beds were comfy.The not so good-Needed way more towels, shower water pressure was poor. Almost every curtain was not attached properly. In one bedroom we had to put a blanket across the curtain so people couldn't see in. Not the property's fault but the upstairs family was loud and stomped everywhere. Besides those little things it was still a 5 star place to stay!

    Our family of 5 had a wonderful time here. We cooked all meals and stayed in each night watching movies on the big living room tv. The shared hot tubs were pretty crowded after skiing, but we always managed to find a spot. And the covered parking came in handy on snowy nights, which we were lucky enough to have. Note that all 3 beds in the unit are double beds (listing says there are 2 queens) and the one in the master BR was very soft. Humidifiers were a nice bonus!
