Freshly remodeled with new flooring, brand new kitchen, new bathroom, all new beds and bedding! We list this as an 8-person condo, but it has beds 10 people (4 queen beds & 1 queen sleeper). Our condo is ~1,000 square feet and is a short five minute walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and Village Ski & Snowboard School. Main Street shopping and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Need more space We have another condo in the same building with 1,500 sq ft.

The space
With 1,000 square feet, 1 master bedroom, a large loft with 3 queen beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room, this condo easily sleeps ten people - ideal for a big family vacation or a group of couples. Complimentary Netflix is available on every TV in the condo; you can also stream your own content on the smart TVs in each room.

If you have infants, you are more than welcome to bring their travel cot; there is no additional charge for infants or children!

Main Level:
The master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area are on the lower level. The master bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV, and a closet for all your snow or hiking gear. The newly remodeled (2018) kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, and other essentials you could need. A large farm table with seating for 10 overlooks the living area with the queen sleeper sofa and HDTV.

Loft:
A spiral staircase leads to the large loft area that has 3 queen beds, a full bathroom, and HD television. The roofline does drop over the beds, so adults and older kids have to duck (please see the picture).

Location, location, location!
Park your car at the condo or take a shuttle in from the airport and then the rest of your stay is in walking distance. In the winter, it is under 5 minutes to walk to the Quicksilver Superchair and the ski school - from here you can access all of the Breckenridge resort ski trails. Best of all, avoid paying resort prices for lunch by coming home to the condo midday. Main Street is also less than a 5 minute walk and offers dozens of dining options, shopping, playgrounds, and grocery stores. The pool and four hot tubs are below the condo balcony and offer a great way to relax after a hard day of skiing or hiking.

The brand new heated pool, 4 hot tubs, and pool house opened in Dec 2018; the pool is next door to our condo (you can see it from the balcony). The pool house has changing rooms and showers so you can change into warm dry clothes for the 30 second walk back to the condo!

Washers and dryers are in a common room almost directly below our condo. $2.50 runs a complete load of laundry through washer and dryer.

Guests will have full access to the condo - you can arrive any time after 4pm on the day of your arrival; we are often booked back-to-back so early arrivals cannot be promised. This is a remote check-in condo; you will be provided with a custom PIN for the entry door that works only for you. When you arrive in Breck, head straight to the condo and use your PIN to enter. Then use your PIN for the rest of your trip - that means no lost keys on the slopes and no key swapping with the tired members of your group if you are headed for another run. Per Breckenridge Town Code, Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 6.

We are NOT a management company, so you are only paying for the condo... not overhead of websites, receptionists, advertising, and office buildings.

    Can't say enough how good of location this condo was in. A short walk to the lift or town made it a perfect spot for our group. The owner was quick to respond to any needs and they even provided an extra parking pass without us asking.

    Location is amazing. We walked down to main street almost every evening just to see the Breck lights! Waking up and walking out of the balcony with the gorgeous views was perfection!! Location is private. No loud noises. The pool and hottubs was nice! Andrew was very easy to talk to, quick to respond and very accommodating. The kitchen is very well lit. I had my concerns from reading the last person review but the kitchen was very well lit for all times of the day. The loft was also very well lit. Bathrooms were clean. The condo stayed warm we had no trouble with ac or warmth in the condo. Close to all things breck, 5 min to nordic center, breck Stables, Carter Hill, etc.. 20 from silverthorne, dillion, copper and frisco. We even drove to Leadville for a utv tour. It was a easy 35 minute drive and well worth it. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

    Very clean. Updated and very comfortable for the amount of people it can sleep. Impressed with Covid protocols and staff at pool. I wish the lighting was better..... very dark kitchen area. I wish we were given a stack of pool towels. I would stay in that condo again.
