AMAZING breathtaking views of our 2 bedroom, 2 bath Tops’l Beach Manor condo on the 4th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite offers gorgeous panoramic views from the king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a king bed with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with additional sleeping accommodations on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and ceiling fan to break away for some quiettime.



This condo has an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, upgraded Kitchen Aid appliances and granite counter tops. The living room opens up to the balcony where you can sit outside and bask in the unobstructed views of the Emerald Coast and sugar white beaches.



Enjoy the beach, swim at the pool, order lunch at the beach restaurant and drinks from the beach bar and simply relax with sounds of the waves in the background. Walking, hiking and biking trails are easily accessed along with water activities offered throughout Miramar Beach and Destin.



Upon arrival, you’ll check-in at the guard house/guest registration to pick-up your (2) parking passes, (please not vehicle height restriction is 6'5), proceed through the guard house to the parking garage where bellcarts will be provided with access to the elevator. The residence has a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.

• “Xplorie Free Fun” iTrip Vacations invites you to enjoy up to 5 Activities per Day! One Daily Pass will be provided per activity, each day for the following:
