The condominium unit does not have fitness facilities, however, just around the corner is Basin Recreation Center which is a 87,000 sq ft athletic center that has workout equipment, lap pools and hot tubs. Park City transit provides free bus and shuttle service to all major ski resorts, downtown Park City and the outlet malls. In addition there is the Kimball Junction Circulator which is a flag-down service for the immediate Newpark area. All bus, Park City trolley and Circulator routes are available on the MyStop app.
