Breathtaking views, of the Lake, Mountains and Pool, luxurious 1 bed 1 bath apt.

If you would like a beautiful, relaxing stay away from the Strip but close enough to experience both this is the place. We drove in twice for shows and dinner and then spent 3 days exploring the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire and Red Rocks Canyon. The condo is beautiful, well equipped. very comfortable and clean. The instant hot water in the shower and great a/c were an added BONUS. Joe was very helpful and responded immediately when we had a tiny bit of trouble with the remote. Great stay!

The host was very attentive and the condo was very well laid out. Everything we could’ve possibly needed in the condo was there. Would be happy to stay there again.

Relaxing

We had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was beautiful and so were the views. We were taken very good care of by the owners who checked in to see how things were going and if we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again, we loved our stay here, thanks for everything!

Beautiful unit with a view of the pool and the lake! Very clean with lots of thoughtful “extras,” including things like a welcome basket with snacks, a light-sensitive nightlight in the bathroom, Post-it notes and pens. I would give it a 5 out of 5.

This place was great! First the bed and comforter and pillows were beyond comfortable. It was amazing. Had everything we needed for a great quiet weekend. Within walking distance was a bunch of cute shops and places to eat. The hot tub wasnt working at the property the first night and the host went out of their way to help us access the hot tub as another building. Was such a great stay. Would def stay again!

Our unit looked out onto pool area which is lovely. We had just a short walk into the nearby village where there were several fine restaurants and a small market for essentials. Very much enjoyed not getting into a car to go out for meals. .Highly recommend

We loved condo 308! It was exactly as pictured and clean/comfortable. The building was quiet and perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed the pool each day and appreciated that it was a quiet/calm crowd. The little village was great for restaurants and grocery. The owners were very accommodating and communicated with quick response. We didn’t need to rent a car and had no problem getting Ubers to the strip & back, airport, etc. We would definitely stay again to get a quick weekend in the sun!

My husband and I were very pleased with Joe and Letty’s condo, and Joe was responsive to our communications and gave us plenty of information regarding the condo and Lake Las Vegas.Their condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and plenty of closet and drawer space. The bathroom was quite large as well, with plenty of counter space, a walk-in shower and tub and wall hooks. Morning sun pours in the windows facing the pool and the lake, which is quite cheerful. We never got up that early, but I imagine the sunrise colors in the sky would be beautiful from the balcony. It was well located to give us access to Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, various state parks and the Las Vegas strip.

We loved the views from the balcony, it was wonderful to see the sunrise over the mountains, the beautiful lake and the sparkly and very clean pool! We have rented a fair amount of condos on VRBO and this was probably one of our best experiences. The views were great. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Henderson, although it was a quick trip to Hoover Dam and Las Vegas, super convenient. The condo was clean and well maintained. The rest of the property was great as well.

Beautiful, peaceful setting away from the chaos of Vegas but close enough for dinner, shows, etc. Wondetful pool and large hot tub. Fabulous bed and linens all the way around. Owner left a few snacks and waters that were much appreciated upon arrival. Private, se ire parking a plus! You won’t be disappointed!

It was a perfect condo to stay in Lake Las Vegas. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Found some great little restaurants not to far and used the “refreshing” pool.

This condo was perfect! Beautiful view of pool and lake. Everything you would need is supplied. Easy walk to the village for groceries, restaurants and shopping! Great to be away from the craziness of the strip but close enough to drive in. The pool had plenty of chairs and easy to access. Will be back!

Had a quick business trip and needed a quiet location that was close and convenient to the Vegas convention center. This spot was perfect! Very clean and can easily get to the convention center or the strip with a short drive. Very quiet which I wanted for a little remote work while traveling. Had everything I needed with extras, close to shopping and food stops as well. Easy drive from and to the airport or car rental location and local attractions. Definitely highly recommend and I will use again when my need arises.

Never stayed in this area of Las Vegas. Very unexpected resort experience. Beautiful surroundings walkable to excellent restaurants. Owner Joe is very responsive and helpful. Unit is perfectly stocked bed extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
