Breathtaking Turquoise Gulf Water-The Beach Club at Siesta Key #104D by RVA

We highly enjoyed our stay in this unit with our 3 kids. Everything was clean and we had a full kitchen for the one night that we decided to stay in and have dinner. The furniture in the unit appears to be newer and decorated very nicely. There are TVs in every room along with washer and dryer. There is a 7-11 convenient store at the end of the street that is a short walk, along with decent restaurant options and amazing ice cream. Both pools were incredible and very family oriented. The foliage around the main pool along with the condo grounds were both very nicely maintained. The walk to the beach was also short and manageable, even with an 8 month old. The beach that is designated to us is a little small but there were zero complaints as the water was beautiful, the area was pretty private and you are free to walk the beach as you wish. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was great and super close to the beach. Property manager was very friendly and helpful at check in. Unfortunately, it was very outdated and not as clean as the pictures show. Carpets need to be replaced, floors were very dirty, a few pillows and towels were stained as well. We left a day early because of the cleanliness. It definitely needs a face lift , but the location is perfect access to the private beach.

Post hurricane clean up is still underway, and the pool was out of commission but they had an alternative across the street which worked for us. It's time to reface the cabinets doors and drawers in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. You can tell it's been a minute. There was updated and very comfy living and dining furniture and the place was nicely decorated. The only concern is that we weren't informed about the pool situation. We noticed it wasn't looking good and we were told about it when we inquired about it. It would have been better to notify us before arrival so we were prepared.

The pool is great and the beach is walking distance. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink not draining and the dishwasher overflew. Someone came by to check it but he said he had to get the tools to fix it and that he would be back and never came back to fix the problem. Also saw some roaches in the kitchen area. One thing, the walkway to the beach should be equipped with a mat to make it an easier walk. Also the hotels have taken over the space by having rental chairs and umbrellas. The space available for the other guests is very limited
