Stayed Mar 8, 2025We have stayed at South Seas multiple times. This was our first time staying in a front unit with unobstructed beach views which we were very excited about. Unfortunately, the windows had a film over them that made everything blurry, similar to blurring out a background on zoom and all windows had shutters which also blocked views. The condo was otherwise as shown, although it did have a funny odor with multiple air fresheners. It is close to the stairs, which is nice as there is a long wait for elevators. We had a maintenance issue with no hot water. We left a message with management company/ maintenance but did not hear back. Luckily, we were able to locate the water heater which was behind a locked door outside the condo and turn it on.
