    The views from this condo were fantastic. The unit was beautiful and stocked with all we needed. The condo was quiet and very comfortable. Highly recommend this unit!

    We have stayed at South Seas multiple times. This was our first time staying in a front unit with unobstructed beach views which we were very excited about. Unfortunately, the windows had a film over them that made everything blurry, similar to blurring out a background on zoom and all windows had shutters which also blocked views. The condo was otherwise as shown, although it did have a funny odor with multiple air fresheners. It is close to the stairs, which is nice as there is a long wait for elevators. We had a maintenance issue with no hot water. We left a message with management company/ maintenance but did not hear back. Luckily, we were able to locate the water heater which was behind a locked door outside the condo and turn it on.
