    The condo had several maintenance issues, such as a large stain upstairs where the roof leaked previously, 6 lightbulbs were burned out (including the one in the refrigerator), a shower didn't drain, and we had to get a toilet fixed as it needed a flapper valve replacement and was running constantly. The bathrooms are in need of a renovation as they have original fixtures.But - all that said, the location is wonderful, and the design of the condo itself is lovely. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas, too.

    It was a Wonderful Property and We Enjoyed it Immensely! The amenities were as listed and everything we needed for our stay. The Sunrises were my favorite and I’m not an early riser usually! Location was Great, too! We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

    Everything was better than we expected- the property was gorgeous, the home was comfortable and clean, and the beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have! We were able to walk to get food and coffee and our kids loved the pool and tide pools/beach in front. We will be back!

    We were so pleased with the view, the location and the condo. It has a contemporary look with a nice architectural design! This condo shares the pool with about 6 others, but it is seldom used, at least during our stay. The two bedrooms downstairs are very comfortable and good for couples with queen-sized beds. The room upstairs has a king-sized bed and is very vast with its own bathroom. One thing to know, is that room has no wall and though has intimacy, the sound has no barrier and overlooks the livingroom. If you like cooking, it has very nice appliances with a Wolf gas stove. But you should know that there are no condiment or spices or non perishable items in the kitchen. AND the stove fan has very inadequate outflow and could not handle us grilling food on the gas stove. It is a good thing the patio doors are opening the whole front wall so we could clear the air. Yes, there are lots of roosters on Kauai and they will wake you at 4AM, unless you have earplugs. All in all, we were thrilled about our stay!!
