Stayed Dec 19, 2025Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. Stayed Nov 16, 2025The pictures do not justify the views. It’s one unit away from being at the very front of the building and the views are spectacular! You have both ocean and city views. The owner is easily reachable and if you need anything he’s there for you. This place is close to everything you need in the Brickell area. We’ll be staying again in the future!

Stayed Jan 5, 2025The unit was exactly what we were expecting. We had a slight snafu at check in (after midnight) which was quickly remedied in the morning. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The elevator was pretty quick for being on the 42nd floor. Cute, trendy neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to MetroMover public transit.
