Breathtaking Panoramic Views of the Gulf

This was a beautiful spot for our family to stay! I had trouble getting access to the property and the owner answered my call and got me in right away. There are beach toys and chairs which were a great addition.

We loved this place! The location was perfect for us and the condo was as described and beautiful. The power was out when we arrived and, before we had a chance to ask any questions, I received a call from the hostess to fill us in and apologize. The power was back on within the hour. We truly loved Perdido Key and are pretty sure we will be returning next year.

Location couldn’t have been better. The vent covers were very dusty. It was a bit off putting.

Our family of 5 had a lovely time. The condo was just like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the extra beach items in the laundry room. The resort was clean, the elevators were fast and the staff were nice. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet that has a luggage cart for use. Jeannie responded to all of our inquiries immediately and was very helpful. We are already planning a trip back!

My two grown 20-something sons joined me for our annual beach trip. Everything was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The balcony was great and the sectional sofa gave the three of us plenty of room not stretch out while watching tv at night. It was a close walk to the beach, and that’s always a plus! This is a place I would definitely stay at again!

We had an absolute fabulous time! The condo was perfect in every way. Clean, very well decorated and all the amenities were so accommodating.

The place was absolutely phenomenal. Gorgeous view, extremely nice and spacious, had everything I needed. Would recommend anyone stay there and definitely plan to stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Perdido Key. The condo was very nice, we liked the furnishings. The TVs worked great for us with necessary apps and cable tv when we wanted it. It was very nice to have floats and beach chairs available for us, although we didn't use them, this was one the first condos we've used in the area that had them. View was wonderful and a great location. We also checked with the owner to see if we could arrive a day early due to a schedule change, and they were very accommodating and the process was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was nice and clean. It is in process of some updating (living room sectional needs cleaned and/or replaced). This will further enhance the stay in this pretty unit.Host was responsive. A few issues with the building (and no fault of the condo owner/ management) were handled promptly and fairly. Location to grocery and restaurants were very convenient! Overall a good stay in a beautiful beach front resort!

This was one of the best condos we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a beach getaway.

First time to Perdido Key and to Beach Colony Resort. We had a wonderful stay E-10C!! The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly ask for. We took a daily morning walk on the beach and spent the afternoon by the pool. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Overall very nice- some out of order when we were there- hot tub and an elevator- washing machine and dryer and coffeemaker are all pretty old- dryer took repeated cycles to dry towels

We had a wonderful time in unit 10C East! This was our first time staying at Beach Colony in Perdido Key, and it was a wonderful experience. The check in and out was extremely easy, and the beach and facility was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this unit too! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely come back given the opportunity.

This unit was exactly as the pictures showed, or maybe even better! Great location away from the crowds, but an easy 5-10 minute drive if you wanted to go out. Beautiful beach and beautiful unit. Will definitely stay here again for another girls' or family trip!

This lovely condo is situated perfectly for enjoying the beach and pool in a laid-back area. Some shops and dining within walking distance with relatively few crowds. Condo is well furnished, comfortable, and the balcony is wonderful any time of day or night!

We absolutely loved the location, the unit and the fact that it wasn't over crowded. There were plenty of families with children there, but it was nothing like being in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach (we've vacationed there for many years). It was much more relaxing for what we we desired as we were celebrating turning 50. We also loved the ease of being able to park in a lot right outside and not a parking garage like we're used to...it was easy in/out. The unit was decorated beautifully and just as pictured. A new thermostat had been installed the morning of our arrival and wasn't working properly, we called and someone was there within an hour to resolve the issue. We will definitely be back and we can't wait until next year!
