Getting Around:

Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 8-minute free bus ride with Park City Mountain stop on the Green route only a 1-minute walk from the condo. Payday Express Lift, located steps away from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski resorts in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.     My boys loved the huge condo and the whole setup. My wife and I spent tons of time just relaxing on the deck enjoying the sun and the view of the mountains.

    Hi, I had a great stay. However, the email sent to me aoub the unit said that the Wifi information would be provided in the room. When we arrived there was no Wifi information. However, the Wifi had an unlocked channel call the the lodge. Please update the unit email to mention using the the lodge instead of the wifi information will be provided in the unit. Thanks.

    I'll start with the good/neutral. The unit was well located, right next to a ski slope and fun summer activities. The building was older but well-maintained and the bedrooms and amenities were essentially as pictured. The layout of the unit was slightly awkward, including a 3rd bedroom that was really more of a nook (though that was expected given the description). Now for the bad. Check-in was difficult, requiring use of a separate website that made the process long and clunky when we arrived late at night. The unit had no instructions on how to operate the TV, which after frustrating trial and error I eventually figured out. The worst part of our stay was a serious safety hazard involving the large 40 lb antler chandelier above the dining room table. On the 2nd day of our stay, the chandelier spontaneously fell from the ceiling not 3 feet from where my family was seated in the living room. Had we decided to eat indoors 5 minutes later than our outdoor meal, I am sure someone would have been seriously injured, if not worse. The chandelier was obviously improperly installed with a small hook not suited for the weight of the fixture. The incident was very scary, and to make a bad situation worse the communication with the rental company has thus far been less than desirable. It took over 24 hours to get the chandelier moved and the mess cleaned up so we could use the table. The crew who cleaned it up left the back door to the deck hanging wide open.     We enjoyed our stay during the film festivals. The condo is very well located in base village of Park City mountain and right by a main bus stop. There are a couple quirks to be aware of. 1) the third bedroom is just a curtained nook off the dining room with a bed stuck in it and no room for anything more. The description does note this but we overlooked. 2) there are 2 baths upstairs for 1 BR. One of them is split in two with toilet in the BR and shower (only!?) in the hall. So your downstairs 2nd BR uses an upstairs bath. Very weird setup. 3) we seemed to have issues with the power. At times the toaster and a hair dryer wouldn't work and phones etc. weren't charging well. The pool and hottubs plus fitness center were a decent bonus and nice enough.

    I would not recommend this unit to anyone. More importantly, I would avoid any property being managed by LocalVR. With the exception of Bobby, everyone else was difficult to deal with (if you could get a hold of them) ...especially Noah (who is supposedly their Director of Guest Services). I find it helpful to read these things only if there are actual substantive details so I will list them below: 1) Local VR allowed my family to check into the unit even though they knew there was an active leak from a black water pipe in the wall. That leak showed up on the second night of our stay & it flooded the master bathroom and all of our toiletries. Worse was we had to vacate the unit. Their response - a refund of only the nights unused. It should be a full refund. When I stated I might take whatever actions necessary to get my full refund, Noah's response was: I don't care. Have your lawyers contact us. We're protected so we'll see how that goes. Noah is missing the point- LocalVR and the property owner left my family of 6 in a bind trying to relocate a large family last minute at one of the busiest times of the year at an enormous cost. If that weren't enough... 2) When we arrived, the place was not properly cleaned. In one of the beds, we found candy left behind, candy wrappers, and trash. 3) The AC and Heat did not work properly. 4) They do NOT allow use of the ski lockers. I'll post an update as to how this all gets resolved.

    This was a very nice stay. They utilized the space very well. It was very clean. It was decorated very tastefully. The beds and bedding were nice and comfortable. The deck was a pleasant place to hang out. The kitchen was stocked well. It was conveniently located. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again.

    We did a girls' trip and we loved the location of the property. The patio area has a view of the alpine slide and slopes. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
