We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The construction was a little inconvenient but not terrible. The condo met our expectations. The decor was a little “busy” for our taste but then our time spent there was mostly just to sleep! We will definitely come back!

Clean condo was exactly as described in listing. Property managers were super nice and easy to communicate with. Reno of building was not an issue for us. We liked the proximity of condo to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was awesome! Loved the condo, was clean and good location. Owner told us ahead of time about the construction and other than a long walk to the beach the construction was not a problem for us the entire time. Even when they cut off the water, they were done much sooner than they said they would be. We would stay there again!

Our stay was excellent. The unit was easy to locate, clean upon arrival, no issues with check-in, and was exactly how presented in the listing. The huge balcony provides fantastic views of the ocean and is a great place to have your morning coffee. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom area is also spacious and was adequate for our entire party. Huge bonus for great washer/dryer combo to keep bathing suits and beach towels clean. The kitchen area is suitable for general cooking and meal prep. Overall a great place to stay and we look forward to returning!

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. From the amazing colors and decorations, to the upscale shower and renovated ceilings. It felt like our home had been transported to the beach. The view from the balcony was more than worth the price. We will definitely be visiting again the next chance we get,

We had the pleasure of staying here for one week in June, 2025. The condo has pretty much all you could ask for and I would love to come back!Pros: Kitchen is clean and well appointed. You have a limited number of dishes, glasses and pans, but you really don’t need that many. We appreciated the extra coffee filters left with the drip coffee pot. The bar has a nice seating area for two which was perfect. The dining and living area are small, but well appointed and offer more than enough room for a couple or perhaps a couple with a child. Sofa and chair were very comfy. The bedroom is nice sized, and leads right into the vanity area with a pocket door to keep that area private. That is where the washer and dryer are located, both worked well for us. The toilet and shower are in another closed space in the vanity area. The shower is nice and we contemplated having something for our own bathroom at home. Accessing the beach is easy - it’s an elevator ride and walk, not bad. The beach itself is perfect and the water lovely. It’s close to restaurants and shopping, and the grocery and drug store across the street was convenient. There is a little pizza place across the street - DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS SPOT if you like southern Italian pizza!Cons: The shower apparently has leaked into the unit below. It made for an uncomfortable confrontation with the owner of that unit demanding to see the shower. The lazy river was closed at least partially for our entire stay due to construction.

Loved it

The condo was wonderful. Everything was good. I loved the shower, but my husband wished it would have more pressure with less heat. I enjoyed it as I love a good hot shower. Balcony was fantastic. Loved being able to see the water from the bedroom. :)

Place was close to everything and it has a great view. Bed was way too firm for me.

Problems with the beach gate code due to the month change, but the staff was easily available on the phone. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included each day a plus.

This condo unit was a rare gem of a find, as I chose to rent it for the entire month of December (off-season) and couldn't be happier with the experience. My friend and his wife were staying at a condo nearby and dropped by for a visit. As she walked out onto my balcony she exclaimed, Oh my! I now have balcony envy after seeing what you have here! Considering the price and location, it's gotta be one of the nicest one bedroom condo units on PCB!

We were extremely pleased with this condo and would book it again. Attention was given to every detail. It was clean and we had no complaints. The balcony had a great assortment of seating available and we spent lots of time there enjoying the view. There was a Walmart across the street and a Waffle House almost in the parking lot. Don’t miss this one.

We went for a relaxing peaceful stay and that is exactly what we got. The room was perfect, the location is beautiful.

It could not have been better! Everything was perfect about our stay and the room! Amazing view and everything works as advertised! You won’t be disappointed! They have many other places at the same location and all look amazing as well! Will definitely be back. Best week ever!

The condo was immaculate. We had such an amazing vacation. We would definitely return.

Plenty of room. Very dark inside condo. Italy decorated not a beachy place. Pillows and sheets need a revamp. Sheets would not stay on bed. Trash chute broken the whole week and only 1 elevator working for the whole Memorial Weekend. Pools are very nice, balcony very roomy great view of an ocean. Close to Walmart!
