White Sands 423is an incredible four bedroom, three bath 3 story condo! The living area has tile flooring, a large flatscreen tv, wet bar and those incredible floor to ceiling beach views! The dining area seats 6 and there’s additional seating at two eat in bars. The open concept kitchen has granite counter tops, an island, stainless appliances and has a Keurig coffee maker. On the 3rd floor you will find gleaming hardwoods and arched doorways. The gorgeous master has a king sized bed, floor to ceiling gulf views, flatscreen tv and balcony access. You will love the master bath that sports a deep soaking tub and shower with gulf views along with a granite vanity boasting dual sinks. The guest room on the main level has a queen sized bed, flatscreen tv, and a balcony with views of the Little Sabine Bay along with an ensuite bath that is wheelchair friendly.     The condo had a little wear and tear, but nothing major. The pantry door was broken when we arrived, management offered to fix it right away, but we told them it could wait since it didn’t really bother us. On our last night, we noticed the mini fridge was leaking some water onto the floor. Other than that, we loved our stay! The view was beautiful, and it was just steps from the beach. Management was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything

    The unit should never have ben rented. Dishes dirty, drapes falling off windows, beds not changed, sand in several beds, faucet leaks, showers not cleaned hair stuck on walls in 1 of the showers, fan in bedroom main level wobbled so bad afraid it was going to fall, shower door loose at hinges falling off, Furniture deep scratches and wood floor in bedroom scratched very bad.

    This unit needs some major attention. The plumbing leaks in the garage, called manager and they were unable to repair. We were walking in sewer water everytime we went out the garage. You can't park a vehicle in the garage unless you want it leaked on. The security system is another issue. Every hour it would go off CHECK BACK DOOR. This is located right next door to the bed room so you couldn't get any sleep. Finally after two days of complaining they sent person over at 11pm and he cut the speaker wire, it was fixed. The door going to the beach/deck is an andventure to open. Sometimes you need to push it down with all your force other times you need to lift it up with all your strength. If you plan on using the kitchen sink be careful, the faucet is ready to fallout. In summary if you have time to cancel your reservation and find a new space I would do it.

    The property is not as well maintained as stated. The cleaning service did not clean the unit well. The counter tops were sticky and still had spilled food on them . One of the sofa cushions also had food spilled on it as well. One of the exterior doorknobs was failing off so my daughter fixed it. One of the bathroom door knobs was missing and was rigged with a hook to latch the door closed. The some of the bedroom windows didn’t have curtains to block out the early morning sun light. And lastly the kitchen was missing some basic cooking utensils that we had to purchase for out stay.

    We come down for spring break each year and this was by far one of the nicer places we stayed, personal elevator was nice for our elderly parents. Mere steps from the gulf!

    Beautiful views, very clean, plenty of room for a large family and we loved the convenience of the elevator. Beach was literally steps from the condo. There were a few issues that required maintenance during our stay, but property management was very responsive, professional and fixed the issues. A few tips, you’ll need to bring your own cleaning supplies (bathroom cleaners, laundry detergent, dish soap etc.) they provide starters, but only for 1-2 days. A dust pan would be convenient too, as they only had a broom and vacuums. Overall, a relaxing and wonderful stay. This has been our favorite place to stay while on vacation in Pensacola. We’ll definitely consider renting again for our future trips!

    Loved having our private elevator and 2 car garage. Very clean and nice. Could have used dish rags and cleaning supplies for cleaning granite during our stay. Would have been handy since we did cook in the unit. That’s our only and minor complaint. Would stay here again.

    Beach = Perfect Condo = Close to perfect, starting to get a bit well used looking. Beds/Furniture = Close to perfect Cookware = Plenty, ok quality Cleanliness = Good Communication = Pretty good. A bit discombobulated with the multiple text messages regarding checkin despite speaking with the office. Checkin = Smooth, but instant access is unavailable. You must visit the managements office to obtain a key. The management staff was extra accommodating which was extremely helpful for our family. The stay at the place was great. There were beach toys/umbrellas/chairs at the place which is convenient. This is a really nice place and we would definitely return. The beach was nearly private unlike near some of the larger properties we saw while walking it. The overall condition was close to great, but there is slight room for improvement.
