Breath of Heaven- 1BR Litchfield Condo sleeps 6

Great stay, air conditioning was perfect!

We come to Pawleys Island at least twice a year, and our absolute favorite is Litchfield by the Sea resort. This Summerhouse condo was perfect! We were staying in the corner unit on the 3rd floor that has a perfect view of the pond with fountain, turtles and even alligators. With the tree partially surrounding the balcony you get more privacy and beautiful sounds of birds all day long.Condo inside was perfectly clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. Also, private pool and beach access makes your stay even more enjoyable. You get the best out two wordls: if you prefer active rest, there's a bike rental shop only 5-7min walk, or just enjoy the lazy river right by the Summerhouse complex. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful experience. It was our first time staying in Litchfield by the Sea even though we have visited Pawleys several times! The condo was small but perfect for my husband and me. The location is great, very close to the shops and the restaurants that we enjoy. We also really enjoyed our walks around the property and the beautiful beach is certainly a plus. We will be back!

The host was great. The weather was too cold. The amenities were basically close- off season.

Our host was awesome and ensured everything was perfect. The condo was perfectly set up, comfy, and well stocked. We had a great stay.

Condo is on 3rd floor so elevator and rolling luggage carts are helpful. End unit is nice place to be. Mattresses are a bit soft and we would prefer king bed. Sheets are soft but a bit worn. Most amenities on property are closed for remodeling (I think) but there are lots of places to walk. The beach would be easy to walk to with a wagon, but you can also drive and park and it’s beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee listening to and watching the birds in the trees right there. (Turn a/c off to hear better) Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great, except for the weather but we were happy just to chill. The studio apartment was very cozy, warm and just the space we needed. I would highly recommend it. It is in the center of Pawleys Island and plenty of places to eat and shop. We loved it!

The condo was accurately described in the online description. Comfortable furnishings, very clean and quiet. Very enjoyable vacation!

Everything was wonderful and exactly as advertised!
