Breakers 139 - Remodeled Ocean Front Condo!

Everything was exactly as listed. Great location. Very clean and felt very safe. Always a security guard on duty in the parking lot. Plenty of space under the unit to store beach stuff. Couch bed mattress needs replaced but otherwise very satisfied with our stay.

Great location. Unfortunately had to cut trip short.

It was great and on the water. The parking was a nightmare. The bed also needs an upgrade post haste.

My wife and I booked this condo last minute. Perfect location with great view of the ocean! Couldn’t beat the price and the condo itself was great for what we were looking for. Condo building itself has a nice pool and it was quiet and relaxing!

They're right on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. This particular unit is oceanfront with a fantastic view. We'd definitely stay here again.

This is my third time at The Breakers, however, the second time in this condo. My only suggestion would be is there is only one bathroom and literally only one mirror. It made getting ready in shifts to go out. Also, new mattress would be helpful too. Other then that it really is a nice place to stay. Also Seashore is really easy to work with

Reviewer Comments: It Started out a little rocky as the oven caught on fire, but the staff was quick to come and check and take care of issue. This location is great close to everything and perfect for a couple. Condo was clean and well maintained with an easy walk to beach and on site pool. Coligny Plaza is just steps away so no need for car if you don't have one.

We arrived and there was no guard or info building. After several t/ p calls we were directed to drive to another building which was also closed. There was a box which directed us to the code to enter the condo. The condo itself was barely adequate for two adults. There was a small bar of hand soap and that was it besides dishwasher detergent- inadequate. No shower soap or shampoo . We had to buy everything. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bedspread and definitely the blankets. The couch in the tv room was very dirty and the rug under the table in front of it is an accident waiting to happen.

The property was in a great location to shopping and restaurants! Everything was in walking distance. The pull out sofa and bed mattresses could use replacing. The sliding door and screen door needs some work. We had two items that we called the property manager about. One was never taken care of. The oven seems to be stuck on a low setting but the controls showed it off. It could be a fire hazard. All and all it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for caring.
