Stayed Jan 3, 2026Very nice condo well furnished and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large with walk in shower. This unit has everything as posted. Probably only thing is dedicated parking spot small if you have a larger vehicle. Not the fault of owner, just the way building was designed.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Everything was as pictured. We had a wonderful stay. The beach chairs and cart down by the beach made it easy. You can also rent chairs which were very affordable. I love the Point of Rock area. We would go back. The view from the balcony was lovely and the view leaving the room was equally as nice.

The amenities were top-notch—multiple pools that were clean and well-maintained, and the entire property had a very family- and kid-friendly vibe. Our kids had a blast and met other families staying in the building, which made it feel even more welcoming.One of the best perks was the convenience—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super easy to go back and forth with kids and beach gear. There were even shopping carts available, which were a lifesaver for grocery deliveries and unpacking.The building felt very safe, and the people we met—both residents and staff—were incredibly friendly. The location also couldn’t be better: close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed during our stay.Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxed, convenient beach getaway with great amenities!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We had a fabulous time in Siesta Key ! The condo was better than the pictures (didn’t do it justice) Clint had the condo perfectly stocked to even the beach towels! There was nothing this condo needed! Check in/Check out was super easy! The staff on the property was super sweet! We will definitely book here again! Great access to transportation and the village ! Thank you for a fantastic time!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had an amazing time at this condo. Steps to the beach. Very clean. The only drawback was they were doing construction at the mansion next door and we couldn’t sit on the deck during the day because of the construction noise.
