Construction Notice: There is ongoing street construction directly in front of the building. While the unit features impact-resistant glass doors that significantly reduce outside noise when closed, you may experience dust and noise at street level during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding.



Security Deposit: For VRBO bookings, a refundable security deposit of $300–$1,000 may be required, along with a signed rental agreement. No additional security deposit is required for Airbnb bookings.



Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in before 2:00 PM requires prior approval ($50 fee). Late checkout is available until 12:30 PM for $50 (subject to availability). Stays past 12:30 PM may result in a full night charge.



Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.

Mail & Packages: Mail and packages are not accepted at the property. Please use nearby pickup locations at your own discretion.
