Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our first family stay on Maui. The place was great and really set us up to have the best possible experience. We explored a lot but also really enjoyed the beaches right across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jan 8, 2024This was a great place to stay! Perfect location across from a beautiful beach. Grounds is beautiful & there is a large pool, kids pool, adult hot tub & kids/family hot tub. Also, a weight room & pickle ball/tennis court. Staff at Kamaole Sands is friendly & keep the grounds looking gorgeous. Condo came with everything we needed. Beach closet was stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals there. Beds were comfortable & plenty of towels for showers & beach. Unit was very clean! Matt was very helpful with a mail issue we had while we were there. He was quick to help take care of the issue. Even when it wasn’t a condo issue. We definitely recommend PMI Reality & Property Management Services for your vacation.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Our family of four stayed at the condo at Kamaole Sands. It was the perfect set up in the condo and resort. We appreciated that it was set right across the street from some of Maui’s best snorkeling beaches and is centrally located on the island.

Condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for beach days - which was a great surprise. Location across from beach was awesome. Only nitpicky thing would be while the unit has a great view, you are right above the pool. During our stay, it was insanely loud from about noon to 10p. Didn't wreck anything however, as they enforce the 10p quite time very strictly.
