Stayed Dec 26, 2025The entire unit was lovely, new, clean and super comfortable with 2 full bathrooms, 2 tvs, large island in the kitchen and they even had a drink refrigerator. The washer and dryer was very nice new and convenient. My favorite was the good sized patio area. It was in a great location and the resort was very nicely landscaped too. Sadly, we only had 1 week there but what a treat! Can’t wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to Kamaole Sands and this was the best unit we have stayed at. It was spotless and very well stocked! Great view of the ocean and a nice large covered deck. Rental staff were great as well. We will be staying here again.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Kamaole Sands is one of my favorite spots. The overall property is very well maintained. A car is a most. The suite was good, but very expensive for a 3 star accommodation.

Stayed Jun 13, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bedroom faced the parking lot, it was very noisy to sleep with the wall AC or the with open windows. We had to check out 3 days earlier because not sleeping well is very disturbing.

It had everything we needed for our vacation. The ensuite bathroom also has a tub which is rare in this complex and was great for giving our baby baths. And as always, Matt from PMI provided excellent customer service.
