This place couldn't be in a better spot located on the corner of South Atlantic Ave and International Speedway Blvd. Everything from here on out is in walking distance!! We are located on the second floor with a beautiful beach view. We have a Brand new pool that overlooks Daytona Beach. Once the day starts to end go on back out to the pool area and enjoy a beautiful sunset while the breeze off the Atlantic Ocean cool

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Everything was new and clean. Did not like only 1 parking pass. Was easy to contact owner and owner was helpful.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026AC was set to FREEZING and couldn't be changed. It was probably 60 degrees in the room and the AC would not shut off even when turning it to 90 and there was no off setting. Roach in the shower as well. Barely a trickle of water in the bathroom sink. Woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Not sure where it came from but something must not be sealed letting outside smells come in. We've stayed in this building before and know the location is great but we won't be staying in this room again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026We only stayed for one night but we would stay there longer next time. While the building itself is older, the unit is freshly updated and the cleanest place we have stayed. Even though we weren't able to access the room until 3pm Jason allowed us to get our parking pass early so we could walk around and go shopping. Restaurants are also walking distance and the beach and boardwalk are steps from the building.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Unit was fairly clean. Staff was in the parking lot trying to keep it clean daily. Walking distance to a few spots to eat. Unfortunately the steakhouse attached was closed due to construction/road repairs I believe. Would stay here sgain
