Other Things to Note:

The Sky Ala Moana ascends to an impressive height of 400 feet, overlooking the vibrant Ala Moana/Kapiolani Corridor. This specific unit has undergone significant upgrades, and the entire building reached completion in 2023. Beyond the contemporary and urban features of the structure, it provides a connection with nature through the surrounding weather, beach, and environment.



• Private Lanai. Breathe in the fresh air on the spacious 91 sq. ft. lanai as you revel in the panoramic view.



• The building does routine AC maintenance, plumbing (water shut down) and pest control and you'll see notices in the elevator, we will try to remind you too.



• Noise: This unit is on the 16th floor so it's quite high from the street but it is facing the city view which has traffic and a lot of cars. So you may not hear noise but you may, if you're sensitive. The AC units in the building are all similar and not 100% noiseless. If you're sensitive to any noise, you may want to consider other options.

    We stayed at Danielle’s condo for over a month and it had everything we needed: a clean space, very spacious, comfortable beds, a great location, and amazing amenities. Danielle was the perfect host and welcomed us with Aloha. She was always available before, during, and the end of our stay making sure we were taken care of. The staff were also great and always greeted us as they saw us. The access to the spa was a bonus and the Japanese ofuro was definitely utilized along with the pool. You couldn’t ask for a better location right across Ala Moana and so many close stores and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking and the washer in dryer inside the condo was well appreciated especially for a longer stay like ours. Definitely recommend staying at Danielle’s condo and enjoying the views.
