Stayed Apr 13, 2024We had a wonderful stay - great location, with beach access only steps away. This is a perfect property for families. Kitchen was clean and living room cozy. The beds were SO comfortable too! We didn't use the on-site pool but it looked nice. The unit is a bit aged but we were out all-day most days so didn't bother us at all and communication with owner was excellent. On site parking was a bonus and you can't beat the location with access to coffee, dinner places, bridge street and beach. Traffic can be challenging Thur-Sat if you plan to drive to other locations.

Stayed Feb 13, 2024The location of this property is really great. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The full view of the bay is hindered because of new building going up, but there is still a partial view of the bay and the bench on the pier is a great place for watching dolphins. There are a lot of extras for the beach including coolers, chairs, wagon, toys, etc.

Stayed May 31, 2023It was nice and clean. Close to everything we wanted. It also had everything we needed for the beach- chairs, wagon, cooler, etc.! We will be back!

Stayed Apr 12, 2022The property had a great view of the intercoastal. The deck/porch was used by us every morning to watch the sunrise over Cortez. We viewed dolphins swimming in the waters and found the location to be nice and peaceful. The pool was clean and refreshing. We swam in the pool almost everyday. The Bradenton beach was across the street just a 2 minute walk down the road. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities needed. We would stay here again

Stayed Feb 26, 2022We recently stayed with another couple. The condo has everything you need and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free trolley stop is 2 minutes away which will take you anywhere you want to go on the island

Stayed Dec 18, 2021We had a great time! Was there for Christmas. It was right on the bay and just a short walk to the beach (best of both worlds)! Condo was perfect size for us and was very clean. Will stay here again!
