Bottom Floor Corner Beach Condo w/ Pool - Across Street From Beach

Sorry for the delay in responding, as soon as we left we went on a cruise and just returned today. WOW! This condo and its owner were wonderful. Karen and Russ responded quickly for any questions or concerns. The condo is a bit small but perfect for the two of us and it exceeded our expectations. It was the cleanest and best stocked condo that we have stayed in. Karen went all out decorating with a beach theme. If we make it back to the Cocoa Beach area we will definitely try to stay here. An easy one block walk to the beach plus a pool in the back. The condo association could give the pool furniture a little love. Thanks again for letting us stay in your place! Joanne and Rick

The inside of the apartment is better than described. Karen has a real eye for details and what is important when renting for a week. Supplied with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper,bath towels, sheets, books, games, detailed instructions for how to use everything. There was even a gift basket with toiletries, tide, bug spray and sun screen! Great job! Beach was amazing! Super close to see rocket launches! The only thing we didn’t like so much was the area in general. Not many good restaurants and seemed run down in areas. Can’t beat the beautiful beach and apartment!

The property is exactly as listed maybe even better. We stayed 8 days and were comfortable plenty of room. All the little extra touches were appreciated. The location a 3 minute walk to the beach and close to shopping and dining. We were not disappointed in the least.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Owner was very easy to contact and very helpful. The property was super clean and well organized. All the finishing touches and needs were supplied. No negatives, all positives.....10 +

I had a nice 9-day stay. The condo was tastefully decorated and a great size for one or two people. When the batteries failed on the door lock the owner was quick to come out and fix it, which was great because we had somewhere to be. That was very much appreciated! So, overall I’d give it a big thumbs up!

My only suggestion is that they should have a small vacuum because it would be easier than sweeping. Otherwise the place is beautiful! Thank you
