My teens loved the property and all that there was to do in the area. I enjoyed the convenience of the condo and there was plenty of space for everyone. The condo is beautiful and HUGE!! We had an amazing stay! The host was very helpful and great to work with!

Beach was absolutely amazing. It was our first time to the area and I must say we loved the beach. Condo actually exceeded our expectations. I believe the sqft is about 2200 and it accommodated our family perfectly. I would say the only downside was the size of the pool, but with a beach like Myrtle who needs the pool. Communication was very easy with quick reply’s to any of our questions. Cleanliness was great! Everything was in order for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. We will definitely stay there again.

Carmen was a good host. Regular communication; very easy check in. We've stayed at Brighton before and really like the location, closeness to beach and amenities. This condo has a nice ocean view and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching the ocean. We had only one glitch and that was that the cleaning crew was very shorthanded due to COVID. They were 3 hours past check in to get the unit cleaned, and then it wasn't cleaned well because the previous tenants left it filthy. I called the property manager, though, and she was apologetic (though exhausted) and sent someone to do a touch-up mid-week. Overall, a nice, relaxing stay.

Spacious rooms, great views, awesome balcony, and great location to many attractions and golf courses.

We were a group of 3 families in town for a weekend baseball tournament. This condo was fantastic. 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. Great ocean view from a large balcony. Easy access to the pool, the beach, and convenient parking. Even the toilet paper was quality, not the usual cheap stuff you find in rentals! This is a 2000 soft condo so quite large. However, a lot of the space is taken up by the large bedrooms/bathrooms. If you plan to spend a week here with 10 people and stay inside the whole time, it might get a little camped in the common space (living room/dining room), but that wasn’t an issue for us at all. The only improvements I would suggest to a to add a stash of beach toys (buckets, boogie boards, etc) and a drawer of can koozies. But maybe that stuff will show up over time as more guests stay and forget things like that or don’t feel like taking them home. Overall, this was an awesome place to stay and fit the bill for us perfectly. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
