Welcome to our “Emerald Beach Dreams” condo!
Breath-taking and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico that only an 11th floor upscale condo can offer!

This is a wonderful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo!

MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed, with tub/shower combo and separate vanity/sink area.

GUEST BEDROOM: YOU PICK either 2 Twin Beds OR 1 King Bed. There's a pack-n-play for a tiny guest. Guest bathroom has walk-in shower. The guestroom is perfect for another couple, or a couple of kids...depending on how you request it to be set up. This is a great feature!

The couch is a sleeper sofa for an additional guest.

Condo Sleeps 4-5 people comfortably. No more than 6 people in the condo per the fire code. Registered guests only.

The bedrooms each have 32 TV's.
The living room has 55 inch Roku Smart TV.
Free WIFI.

Beachside 1 has a new (2021) beautiful beachfront pool and hot tub on the premises. There is a fitness center that looks directly out to the pool.

Sit on the multi-level observation deck on the beach to catch a sunrise or sunset.

Two large gas grills on the garden level for your use and picnic tables to eat at, just across from the pool/hot tub area.

Sit on your own private balcony and enjoy the 11th floor views. You can watch the winter sunsets, pods of dolphins, planes flying from the air force base, boats, and lots of fun beach activity... there is always something to see! This view is EVERYTHING! Seriously, incredible!

The kitchen has all the amenities that your group will want for the best vacation ever!

The dining room table seats 6. There is a wooden restaurant style high chair for a small kid.

We are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the gated Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. On the 11th Floor, this condo building has two elevators.

There are three public golf courses on the property, and one private course.

We have a variety of beach chairs in the kitchen closet for your use.

Park your car in our secured lot. Condo building/property have security cameras monitored by the association. Ring security doorbell. We have security guard that monitors the property and beach access. Our beach is a private beach for our owners and guests only, and wristbands are required.

Free TRAM service around the secured and private Sandestin Property. There is golf, shopping, dining, mini golf, and Baytowne Wharf with all their activities too. So much fun without having to get in your car!

If you are looking to rent for longer stays in the winter, please ask about that availability.

This a strictly a non-smoking condo unit and balcony. No pets allowed.

We encourage you to look into Travel Insurance and the Cancel For Any Reason policy to decide if that is right for you. We don’t have any connections to this type of insurance, but know this can help cover unexpected events that might arise like hurricane season, illnesses, travel issues, etc. Please prepare for the unexpected, just in case.
