Stayed Jul 19, 2025The location was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Unit smelled a bit musty in the main area, but owner said this was because of a rug that they recently cleaned and didn’t dry properly. Shade in the second bedroom was also inoperable. Overall, it was good enough but not as great as other units we’ve stayed in at NCV.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The location WAS phenomenal. The beach was so close and the amenities and grounds were great. The condo has plenty of room for a beach stay. The kitchen and second bedroom bathroom have been updated. Two things in need of replacement are the mattress in the primary bedroom as it is well past its replacement time and the shade in the second bedroom. It was inoperable and not clean.

The grounds are beautiful.Pool and hot tub are pristine.The beach is steps away and owner has beach equipment.Walk to great restaurants.Kitchen is stocked so you can cook or BBQ.We brought our bikes to ride the trails and paths.Beautiful views from the balcony!

Stayed Jun 24, 2021What a great place to stay! Each morning we were able to sit on the patio and watch surfers down below! Close to shops and restaurants too! The outdoor grill/eating area was great for my daughter’s team dinners and the pool/hot tub area was used a lot! We hope to be back again next year!

Stayed May 14, 2021This condo was perfect for our staycation getaway! My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and the grounds of the complex had a beautiful, resort like feel. The weather was cloudy and rainy but we loved sitting in the condo with the fire place and having a view of the waves from the patio. Walking distance to the harbor and restaurants was a major plus! The owner was wonderfully kind and communicative. Two thumbs up on our end - we will be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was accurate as described. It is convenient to the beach, pool, and parking garage. The views are nice. I would stay again if bringing my daughter and grandchildren. They all had a great time!
