Awesome well decorated condo. Lots of room and a spectacular view

The property had a great view of the ocean and the on-site management was helpful when I called to inquire about the property. However, the washing machine did not put enough water in when I washed clothes. About half-way through the wash, some of the clothes were still dry and the tide tab never got wet enough to dissolve. In addition, the light switches were in unusual locations and the decor wasn’t what I expected.

If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place to be! The condo was well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beach umbrellas, sand toys for kids, beach chairs, etc. Home was nicely decorated. The private beach wasn't crowded at all, plenty of space to spread out. Grocery place and a regular Wal-Mart is close although we did drive 15 mins to the Wal-Mart Supercenter. We enjoyed the night time bioluminescent kayak tour in Merrit Island which was about 30 mins away. We also got a chance to see a SpaceX shuttle launch from the balcony where you can also catch the best sunrise you can see.

The condo was decorated beautifully! It was also very clean and provided all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay there again!

If you’re considering booking this rental, do it! Myself, my husband and our two little girls loved how beautifully decorated, clean and close to the beach this home is. Our small girls were in tears upon our departure and honestly us adults weren’t too far behind them *laughs aloud!* We definitely plan to return next summer.

We have stayed at this property in the past and it is a consistent favorite location. Great views of the beach, especially at night seeing the full moon on the ocean. The sounds of the waves. The unit is well stocked, clean, organized, good quality as always. Great communication with the owner.

My son and I stayed in this condo for a father son trip. Deep sea fishing, golf, and lots of great food. This condo was perfectly located and gave us a great place to call home for a few days. We loved it.
