Stayed Apr 26, 2025I would recommend this property to anyone. Gorgeous views, convenient location to everything in FMB, and the condo was very well appointed with everything you need. Definitely a 5 star property.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025This was our first time at the property and will plan to book again for next year. The unit was as described and offered many additions to supplement our stay. Check in was a bit of an issue as they had a first responder event just before we checked in that seemed to have the team pretty scattered, but eventually got squared away and into the unit. Will recommend to others based on our stay, and likely back for our annual vacation!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We have vacationed in Ft Myers Beach for more than 20 years, but have always stayed on the far south end of the island. Everything on the south end remains under repair, so we decided to try further north. I was worried that the location would be too noisy, but it was the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean. It will take years for FMB to fully recover, but there is still lots to do during a stay.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we rented for a two week stay in February exceeded our expectations. The condo was very comfortable and appeared to be newly renovated. It included everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. Our view was exceptional from sunrise to sunset. The beach was expansive with beautiful shells and the pool was very enjoyable. Condo owners that were on-site were very friendly and welcoming. The management company (Dianne) was extremely pleasant, helpful and addressed any of our needs. I would highly recommend Caper Beach Club as a great place to relax, enjoy great weather and spend time with very friendly residents and guests.
