Stayed Mar 29, 2025This Caper Beach Unit was beautiful, Kitchen stocked with everything for cooking, beach towels and beach chairs. The beach at Caper is beautiful and not crowded. Host was easy to communicate with and available if needed. Two King beds was a plus for us, and the lanai was wonderful. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We were in town for a baseball tournament. Didn’t have more than a 45 min drive to any of the fields. Getting in and out was easy. Steve was very easy to contact for questions. Can’t ask for a better location ON the beach!

Stayed Jul 16, 2022We loved everything about this unit and the resort. The pool was fantastic plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the beach was white soft sand and beautiful and well manicured daily, our condo had everything you could possibly want and then some. The furnishings were top notch. We can’t wait to come back. We traveled in July with my stepson and his wife from California for his 50th birthday. We didn’t even rent a car, just used Uber, Lyft, and the trolley. We had an absolutely fabulous week, and the views are simply stunning. The library across the street was an added bonus with tons of pictures, artifacts and art displays as well as community puzzles.

Stayed May 7, 2022Excellent property, exactly what we wanted! Beach front, an 11th floor condo and an oasis lanai ….. So very relaxing. Steve communicated with us throughout our trip and was extremely pleasant to deal with.
