Stayed Jan 18, 2026Paulette is an excellent host. She promptly responds to questions and concerns, and her condo is tastefully decorated and well equipped. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay. The unit overlooks the 9th fairway, and is perfectly positioned to watch golfers' 2nd shots from the screened porch. Pawley's Plantation is a lovely resort community with an exceptional golf course and friendly residents and staff. We felt quite at home during our stay, and will definitely be returning.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023We spent the Christmas holiday at this property while visiting family. Property very cozy and comfortable overlooking the golf course from the enclosed porch. Property was immaculate and very clean, and kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Pawleys Island.

Stayed Jan 21, 2023We enjoyed a 2 month stay at Pawley’s Plantation and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and beautiful and makes for a perfect backdrop to enjoy the Pawley’s Island lifestyle.

Stayed Nov 3, 2022We had a great experience. Very nice condo in a great area. Close to various bars and restaurants. The porch overlooking the golf course was the highlight of our stay. You won't be disappointed.
